 Bill has kept an open-door policy, solving problems one by one.

• City Services: Police, Fire, EMS, DPW, and City Hall staff working daily to keep Olean safe and strong. 

• Parks Revitalization: Major upgrades to War Vets Park (Recreation Center & Splash Pad), Lincoln Park (Farmers Market Pavilion), Forness Park (lighting), Oak Hill Park (dog park, stage, ADA access), Marcus Park (inclusive playground + trail), and more. 

• Downtown Revitalization: Walkable Olean projects, roundabouts, infrastructure renewal, and the $10M Downtown Revitalization Initiative.

 City projects require smart fiscal management. Bill has secured millions in grants while keeping taxes stable.

• Hundreds of thousands for parks, infrastructure, and zoning updates.
